This position is assigned to work in the accounts payable section of the finance division. The position is responsible for a varity of important and complex functions by coordinating the flow of documents, information and approvals. Responsible for data entry in Encompass

A dedicated Communications Specialist is needed for Customer Service to achieve
“Best in Class” Customer Service, as stated with the agency's Pyramid of Excellence. Essential to successful transformation is ensuring that the message of the agency's Customer Care is timely correct, agile, and concise. The incumbent will be the primary voice for outgoing Customer Service communication with other agency departments.
The incumbent will serve as the main point of contact for the department on related matters. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, job aids, scripting, SharePoint Site administration, distribution list maintenance, and Business Continuity creation, testing
and maintenance. The incumbent in this role will also be instrumental in the
identification of communication needs and dissemination strategy. Consistency in our messaging to the team and from leadership is critical to raising awareness, building a
solid knowledge base and in achieving performance improvement within the team.
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring a wide spectrum of vital records, producing data files, running data quality checks, and providing technical assistance to data users. Responsible for the preparation, evaluation, analysis, and reporting of vital record data, including the evaluation and processing of data requests.
