Initially this position will start off as a part time opportunity of about 10-15 hours per week until credentialing is approved. These hours can be worked in the evening or on weekends depending on availability. However, the goal is to have this person transition onto 37.5 hours per week (upon completion of credentialing) with the potential for being hired directly by the client.
Incumbant serves as a subject-matter expert to Social Security Representative Payee review. Incumbant conducts reviews on-site in the field as assigned and directed by the Coordinator or other supervisory staff. Incumbant also conducts monitoring visits and assists with advocacy, investigations and projects as assigned.
The Help Me Grow Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Help Me Grow activities. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Help Me Grow model is implemented in a manner that meets all Federal, State and local standards under the direct supervision of the Children’s Program Director.
Looking to fill a role within their Operations department for quality checks.
Initially, the position will focus completely on less complex processes such as final retirement recalculation reviews and/or death and termination audits. As the need arises and comfort level is achieved with system and procedures, training will expand to include active service audits and initial retirement audits. Other assignments, within the niche of RQA, may also be needed on special projects related to the current modernization efforts of the organization.
