The incumbent will work closely with the Customer Service manager and staff, other department users of the application, and may interface with software vendor staff as needed. The incumbent shall be involved with multiple aspects of documentation and technical writing required for a software implementation, including but not limited to use case, specifications, process maps, procedures, test cases, and ISO work instruction documents. The incumbent is expected to have strong investigative capability, analytical skills, exercise good judgement, self-initiative, be detail oriented, in conducting day-to-day operations in the preparation and execution of software testing and training. The incumbent should have a strong background in standard business practices, such as IE, ISO, QA, UAT, CMMI, & SDLC. All work duties and activities must be performed in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
