Recruitment Coordinator is an Outbound calling position. Coordinator will be given a list of individuals to contact along with a specific script and will make approximately 50 calls per day. Additional general office duties, including filing, scheduling and answering phones.
The general purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks in this call center enviroment that include, auditing, control and public assistance duties relative to the preparation, payment and collection of various state taxes in an efficient and effective manner with the highest level of customer focus and accuracy.

Must be Multilingual - English/Arabic OR English/French
Working under the direction of the Customer Support & Billing Manager, incumbent acts as the liaison for the customer Agency. Incumbent should be able to effectively handle customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. The incumbent is expected to exercise good judgment, independence, initiative, and professional expertise in conducting day-to-day operations. All work duties and activities must be performed in accordance with the Agency's safety rules and operating regulations, policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
Focuses on the adherence of policies and regulations of various contract types including, but not limited to the following:
- Residential Treatment Services Provider
- Child Placement Agency
- Child Welfare Services Provider Professional Services (Community Based Services)
- Community Mental Health Center Professional Services
Contract compliance, service standard compliance and service validation are ensured through extensive compliance reviews conducted throughout the state. The Field Auditor works in conjunction with various departments to achieve positive outcomes for the children and families.
Working under the direction of the Accounts/Services Program Manager, incumbent responds to the needs of paticialur services department group by changing meters, turning on and off as requested, and inspecting the distribution system when necessary. Incumbent cleans, tests and repairs meters. The incumbent is expected to exercise a fair amount of good judgment, independence, initiative, and professional expertise in conducting day-to-day operations. All work duties and activities must be performed in accordance with safety rules and operating regulations, policies and practices as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
