25% Phone communication with vendor and sites for food deliveries
Operates office equipment such as a calculator, copy machines, and personal computer.
May develop and/or generate reports.

Monitors and reconciles daily meal counts.
Order and purchase supplies, materials and equipment for the implementation of the program.
Maintain all site records, documents and files required for State and Federal compliance.
Communicate regularly with food program staff members.

High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Must be self-motivated and dependable.
Ability to plan and organize assignments.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet various deadlines is a must.
Ability to communicate effectively in both forms - oral and written.
Excellent mathematical skills will be required.
Customer service and people oriented.
Ability to follow established procedures, policies and protocol.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have intermediate level knowledge or higher of word processing software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.
Must be able to upload, download and navigate spreadsheets, online databases and other software applications.
