- This person will serve as a workforce administration specialist and will be required to manage the functionality of Genesys systems including IC Business Manager and Optimizer for a contact center.
- This position will also be responsible for building and delivering contact center service level reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce administration to include forecasting, scheduling and benefit time administration with either Genesys or similar software.
- Other software experience should include the Office suite including advanced use of Excel, SharePoint and Crystal.
- Writing and/or reporting sample(s) should be provided.
- Experience utilizing Quality Manager within ICBM and/or C-Sat is a plus.
