    THIS POSITION IS NOT TEMP TO PERM - IF SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW CLIENT WILL CONFIRM YOUR WILLINGNESS TO ONLY WORK FOR THE DURATION OF THE 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

    Responsibilities

    The purpose of this role is to serve customers by processing retirement related activities.  Primary duties will include, but are not limited to, all funds retirement account review, all funds pension benefit calculations, simple service inquiries, plan to plan service transfers and recalculations.  This role reports directly to the Benefits Supervisor/Manager.  The Processor will need to obtain in-depth knowledge of all pension plans, processing procedures and supporting systems within the organization.

     

    Duties:

     

    • Perform retirement account review
    • Process retirement recalculations
    • Process pension option/benefit change estimates
    • Perform simple service inquiries
    • Process plan to plan service transfers
    • Prepare monthly disability/continuing education for the annual verification of continued eligibility
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience with pension/retirement accounts or within the financial industry
    • Proficient oral and written communication skills needed in working with internal and external customers
    • Strong organization skills needed in conjunction with organizing workflow, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
