- Data Entry – 25%; MS Excel/Access, Agency Information System; May include pulling information for multiple sources and entering data in target system.
- Data Analysis – 25%; May include reviewing data and content for accuracy and making determination of relevance for data entry.
- Data Management – 25%; Will work with data sets and assist in managing relational data. May assist with data validation and quality audits.
- Document management – 25%; May work with both physical and electronic documents and assist in electronic filing and archiving as needed.
Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office products including Work, Excel, and Access (preferred)
Previous data management experience
- High level of focus and attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to quickly learn methods and processes
