Act as the Administrative Assistant for the Division of Diversity and Inclusion (DDI) and Diversity Leadership Team (DLT) members. Responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, researching materials, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements; planning and managing logistics for large conferences, events and/or luncheons, etc. Support a collateral working relationship with the respective support team of the Provost Office. Coordinate data collection and assist in preparing progress reports, financial reports, and periodic formal reports. May be required to travel with the DLT members or DDI Provost Fellows on occasion.
