    • Answering of multi-line telephone system
    • Handling customer service related queries in a responsive, customer focused way providing a comprehensive first line of information
    • Providing excellent customer service to candidates and customers
    • Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email
    • Assist with weekly payroll administration
    • Maintaining database system with accurate information
    • Oversee multiple administrative processes 
    • Maintaining and updating confidential information 
    • Additional job duties as requested




    • Must have at least 2 years customer service and administrative experience within a professional office setting
    • Previous human resources and payroll administration experience 
    • Average typing 40 WPM
    • Must be proficient in email communication including exchange of electronic documents
    • Must be proficient in using the Internet
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong computer skills and comfort level working with a variety of computer systems
    • Must be productive in a high volume, high stress environment
    • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining excellent quality of work
    • Self starter with a can do attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
    • Will need to be compassionate, outgoing personality and have a great deal of tenacity
