    Recruitment Coordinator is an Outbound calling position. Coordinator will be given a list of individuals to contact along with a specific script and will make approximately 50 calls per day.  Additional general office duties, including filing, scheduling and answering phones.


    • Must have at least 2 years customer service and administrative experience within a professional office setting
    • Average typing 40 WPM
    • Must be proficient in email communication including exchange of electronic documents
    • Must be proficient in using the internet
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Must be productive in a high volume, high stress environment
    • Self starter with a can do attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
    • Will need to be compassionate, outgoing personality and have a geat deal of tenacity
