Recruiter is responsible for all facets of recruiting from the development of local and national recruiting plans to employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Maintain regular contact with potential future candidates.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conduct prescreening interviews.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the established database.
Interview candidates both onsite and offsite.
Preparing and sending offer packages, new employee orientation information, and securing all necessary paperwork, background information and other documents as needed.
Help build additional business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
